For the past few weeks, TISD teachers have been on the lookout for KINDNESS! Each time a student was witnessed showing kindness, they received a card placed on our kindness tree and were entered into a drawing for an Amazon gift card. The drawings were held Friday and the winners are pictured below. It is important to note that these winning students did not even realize that they had been placed in the drawing. Just goes to show, we have KIND kiddos at TISD! Way to go Trojans! A huge thanks goes out to Trojan Pride for putting this together for our students!

As we conclude CTE month, we want to recognize our three CTE teachers here at Trinidad. Next, we have our A/V teacher and yearbook sponsor Mrs. Martin!
She has been teaching for 12 years. She has a bachelor's degree in marketing and a master's in educational technology. She said that she "loves the project based learning opportunities that come with CTE classes. The students can really take control and are responsible for their learning more than a traditional classroom setting."
Thank you Mrs. Martin for all of your hard work and dedication to the students at Trinidad ISD!
