      About Us
Trinidad ISD is a 1A district with approximately 160 students; Pre-K through 12th. We are located approximately 65 miles southeast of Dallas at 105 West Eaton St. Trinidad, Texas 75163. We have generations of success stories behind us, and the potential to create many more in the future. Students get a chance to experience a unique learning environment. Our size allows us to form bonds that create life-long memories and a great Trojan Family. We are focused on having the best academic environment for every stakeholder, while building a Blue & Gold chain that can’t be broken. We are most recently known for being a Theatre powerhouse, but have experienced success in all UIL/Athletic endeavors. We are proud to be called State Champions (Academics, One Act Play, and 6-man Football). East of Kerens, South of Seven Points, and West of Malakoff lies a diamond in the rough. This is a special place. Trojans Fight!

      Community Eligibility Provision (CEP)

The Trinidad ISD schools announced today it will operate the Community Eligibility Program (CEP) under the National School Lunch Program and School Breakfast Program for the {2023-2024} school year. Schools qualifying to operate CEP serve breakfast and lunch to all children at no charge and eliminate the collection of meal applications for free, reduced-price, and paid student meals. This approach reduces burdens for both families and school administrators and helps ensure that students receive nutritious meals.
